Printer only used a handful of times over the last year, plugged it in today and now only prints blank pages. Issue sounds the same as the one noted here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/DESKJET-2600-PRINTING-BLANK-PAGES/td-p/6688553/page/3

 

But i could not see the remedy for the issue.

 

When trying to diagnose in the HP app, it states that print spooler test could not be completed.

 

I have plenty of ink and no other error messages appear.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
