It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your printer where only blank pages are being printed, even though the ink levels are fine. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
- Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and not expired. Even if the ink levels appear fine, expired cartridges may not provide good print quality.
- Print a Test Page: Most printers have a built-in test page option. Try printing a test page from the printer's control panel. This can help you determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the computer.
- Clean Print Heads: Over time, print heads can get clogged with dried ink. Many printers have a utility for cleaning print heads. Refer to your printer's manual on how to access and use this feature.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the printer HP website to download and install the latest drivers.
- Use Genuine Ink Cartridges: If you're using third-party or refilled cartridges, consider using genuine cartridges recommended HP. Some printers may not work well with non-genuine cartridges.
- Check Paper Quality: Make sure you are using the correct type and quality of paper recommended by the printer manufacturer. Using incompatible paper may result in printing issues.
