Product: Hp deskjet 3520

Hello, 

My printer recently started printing blank pages. It goes through all the motions of printing but nothing appears on the page. I tried replacing the ink cartridge and using the tool to clean the printhead to no avail.

I have tried printing a document from my computer as well as a test page from the printer itself.

Any suggestions to repair my printer?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as the ink cartridge has been replaced.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
