Just put all new ink cartridges in the printer (HP). Tried to print from my iPhone, iPad and laptop, but it comes out very very faint, or blank. When I go to Tools on the actual printer, and choose Print Quality Report, it prints that perfectly.

Can you run step 10 in this link.
Does the test page look at the same as in the link?

The black printhead is most likely clogged.
You can try cleaning the printhead again but most likely you will need to clean it manually.
Remove power to the printer before attempting the following.
There is a little mesh filter below the cartridge. (visible when you take the black cartridge out).
Dab it gently with a Q-tip moistened in hot water.
It may take a few tries to get the mesh filter unplugged.
Clean the printhead again.

You can try other cleaning methods that are posted on youtube.
If that also does not help then you will need to replace the printer.
Depending on your printer needs maybe a B/W laser printer would suit you.
