My printer was working fine, then halfway through the print decides to come up with blurred and smudged printing, eventually leading to blank copies.
i tried the alignment check, test page, replaced cartridges, etc.
On the print test, the letters were very grey/faded, I tried printing a photo and it looked like a multi- colour type negative print.
I’m receiving no messages, the on-line doctor says everything’s fine, but it sure as hell isn’t!!
i noticed an earlier comment on the forum made the point that the printer was working one for two/three months then stopped!
To add insult to injury, I then received the e-mail stating that I’d exceeded the current level of my plan( but not to worry, they’ve got it covered.....do blank sheets count?).
it seems to me that when entering the HP website, when specifically asking for help, I was encouraged to set up a policy at different amounts per month dependent on how much cover I want.
im pretty miffed, at this moment in time I feel like disconnecting, chucking the thing, and see if I can buy a printer with no buy-in as part of the deal!!
Best regards to all.
Tim
