Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

HP smart does not print. The print button remains gray. Not only that but air print is printing blanks. Test pages print fine, the software is up to date. I’m connected to the exact same network as the printer, I restored to factory settings, tried everything, why can’t I print from the HP Smart app and why is it printing blanks over airprint.
