Printing envelopes on Envy 5530

Trying to print a DL sized envelope (11 x 22 cms) using Word and the Envy 5530. I've loaded it according to the instructions on the HP site several times, but the printer keeps ejecting it stating that the paper is too short. I've moved the envelope back and forth in the tray just to make sure that its start position is ok, but no joy.

I read your post about the troubles you are having with printing DL envelopes from your Envy 5530, and wanted to stop in and share my own suggestions. The printer certainly supports this type of sized envelope, so I would recommend running the Print and Scan Dr. (below), to see if it can fix any printer software issues. If the Full Feature driver and software is not installed, install the full software and try the print again.
