Hi i'm looking for some help with printing onto 4x4 card. I have looked everywhere for answers but i can't seem to find any.

So far i have added the 4x4 paper size to the printer preferences and also added it in the woord/print section under 'custom size'. This has to be loaded as 10cmx10cm though as inches isn't an option.

I have changed the size of the paper on word to 4x4 too so i have the outline to work with also. Everytime i go to print with the card loaded (ijn the centre with the sides of the tray pulled in and the length one reduced, so it all fits) it just says no paper or error with paper.

Can anyone please help me?

The paper is too short on the "long" side.

Smallest standard or custom size supported:  3x5 inches

So, Custom Paper Size 4x5 is OK and 4x4 is not OK

Specifications > Paper Handling > Supported Custom Sizes

To avoid paper jams and other issues when printing on nonstandard custom paper sizes, make sure the dimensions fall within the parameters listed in the following table.
Paper size
Tray 1
ADF
76 to 216 mm (3.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 127 to 356 mm (5.0 to 14.0 inches) long

127 to 216 mm (5.0 to 8.5 inches) wide and 241 to 305 mm (9.5 to 12.0 inches) long
