I hope you are well.

I need help with a problem I have with my HP M775 printer in the office. For a while now (about a week) the printer has been showing an error status (code: 41.07.12 error).

Description of the scenario:

- When running a multi-page print, each page comes out twice (i.e. duplicate).
- When starting a single page printout, the printout is completed without any problems (i.e. no duplicates).
- When making a copy (photocopy) of one or more pages, the copies come out without problems.

Please help if you can.

Try printing a multi-page job from a manual feed tray.
