I can not print anything on my printer. I tried to print documents and photos from my iPhone and from my HP Laptop and generally HP APP shows that the files were sent to the printer, there is also info the file was printed but printer even do not even start printing. On the message centre, there is a status: There was an error printing (name of the file) to Envy Photo 6200. Check the printer status. 

Printer status is ready on both devices. The printer is connected via Wi-Fi. I disconnected the power cables and it didn't help. The printer seems okay, there are no messages on the screen. I recently signed up to Instant Ink and I installed new cartridges but after that, I did a few prints from my phone and there were no issues.
