I have a HP Office Jet Pro 9010, purchased several months ago.  When I print a document that is on my IPad Pro or IPhone, the document comes out too large and the edges are cut off. The document is correct on the iPad. It prints out fine from my computer.  When I go to print, I have only one option letter size to print. I didn’t have this problem initially, it just started a few days ago.  I didn’t change anything with the IPad or the IPhone.  I didn’t change anything with the printer.  HP customer service was useless, told me to call Apple support.

I am running 17.5.1 on my iPhone 12 and it has print options of scaling, paper size and orientation just to name a few.  I do not have a 9010 and my printer is much older.  Apple controls what is shown on the iPhone

If you are missing those options try rebooting your iPhone.

If that does not work then unplug the printer cable from the wall. if the power cord has a transformer then remove cable from printer as well. Wait a few minutes and turn back on. If your iPhone is set for letter size then check that the printer is set for letter size paper and actually has letter size paper.
