When I try to print a photograph, selecting Photo Tray the printer comes up with the following message: "Photo Tray was changed because of a conflict with another printer setting" The message is in yellow and appears just above trhe paper tray selection box.
Any ideas how to overcome this problem please?

Hello, @IvanW - Greetings!
Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to help 🙂
I understand that you are having issues while printing from the photo tray on your Envy printer. Let's try the steps below steps below to try and fix the issue:
First off, make sure the photo tray is selected correctly on your drivers.
- Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printer.
- Right-click on the Envy printer and select "Printer Properties".
- Navigate to "Device settings" and make sure the "Photo Tray" is selected as "Installed".
If the photo tray is selected as installed and if you are still facing the issues, then make sure to change the paper settings correctly and then try printing.
- Go to control panel - Devices and printers
- Right-click on your Envy and choose the "Printing preferences" option.
- Now, go to paper quality / layout tab and make sure the paper type is selected as "Photo paper".
- Also, select the correct paper size and save the settings.
Now, follow the steps mentioned to print the photo:
- Open the picture using “Windows Photo Viewer” (You can right-click on the image and go to “Open with” to select the windows photo viewer app)
- Change the paper size appropriately.
- Also, change the paper type to “photo paper” before printing.
