I'm trying to print a full bleed illustration on a 5.5"x8.5" flat card (once folded will be made into a 4.25"x5.5" greeting card) but every time I go to print from my OfficeJet 9020 printer, there is still a smidge of 1/10 of an inch white border around the card (attachment below for reference). I have set my file to have my artwork fully bleed off of my document (set 0.125 inch bleed on all sides) and set the proper settings for the printer to identify the 5.5x8.5 custom printing size. Is there something I am missing in the printer's settings so that the illustration fully extends and bleeds off the card? Would anyone know what I can do to solve this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
