I just had my printer over a month ago. Everything worked fine until today. I tried printing using my phone but it said that "Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP. Error code: 0xcfd0023"
I tried to power cycle the printer using my phone but it did not shut down. I tried printing wirelessly using my laptop but it said that my printer was offline even if it was still turned on. So I tried to manually shut it down. Five minutes passed and it still showed shutting down. I left to do some other work stuff but it showed the same thing when I came back to my table. So I tried to press the power button but it just won't shut down. I unplugged the electricity cord and it went off. I plugged it back in and it turned back on even before I switched on the power button. So I waited. It showed the same error. "Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP. Error code: 0xcfd0023"
I tried to look for some workaround online and found a similar case on the hp website where it said to power off the printer, unplug from the electricity and press the power button for 30seconds while the device is turned off. Did just that. When I turned it back on, it still showed the same error message.
I tried using a usb to print some documents but it showed the same error message. I cannot print from a usb, either.
So, for the final step, I tried doing what it said in the hp website. I removed the cartridges, and tried turning the printer off. Again, I waited several minutes for the printer to turn off. I tried hard-pressing the power button for 30secs but it just won't shut down. I left the printer at work showing “shutting down” and when I came back in the morning it was showing the same error message "Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP. Error code: 0xcfd0023"
I pressed the power button, thankfully, it turned off this time. I unplugged the cord, pressed the power button while the printer was still turned off, returned the cartridges and left it from 8:30AM until about 10:20AM. I had to use the printer for work so I plugged the power cord back in, pressed the power button and waited for the printer to come back to life. To my dismay, it showed the same error message.
I hope we can get this fixed, if not, we hope to have a replacement since this is still within the warranty period. Thank you very much!

That exact error code is not in my troubleshooting documentation. Can you please confirm the number?
Thanks
