I have to reboot my printer every single time I print a document. Printing from Microsoft Word (or any other program) on my Mac, the document goes to the print queue and sits there. It won't print until i cycle the printer. and evidently there IS no technical support at HP because the website is an infinite loop. I can't find any way to contact a human at HP.
