I understand your getting the flashing lights on your HP DeskJet 2752e All-In-One Printer often indicate an issue that needs attention. 

 

Here are the steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Identify the Light Pattern

First, let's identify the pattern of the flashing lights:

  • Cancel button (X) flashing: This usually indicates a print job error or an issue with the printer itself.
  • Information button (i) flashing: This generally means there's an error or important information that requires your attention.

2. Basic Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Check for Error Messages on the Printer Display

Sometimes, the printer display will give you specific error codes or messages. Refer to these for specific troubleshooting.

Step 2: Check for Paper Jams

Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the access doors and check for any jammed paper.
  • Remove any paper you find carefully.
  • Close all doors and trays.

Step 3: Check Ink Cartridges

Make sure the ink cartridges are installed correctly:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Ensure the cartridges are properly seated.
  • If any cartridges are low or empty, replace them.

Step 4: Reset the Printer

A simple reset might solve the issue:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Step 5: Clear Print Queue

Sometimes, a stuck print job can cause issues:

  • Go to your computer's Control Panel.
  • Open Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your HP DeskJet 2752e printer and select See what's printing.
  • Cancel any print jobs in the queue.

3. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers

Ensure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer:

  • Go to the HP Support website.
  • Enter your printer model (HP DeskJet 2752e) and select your operating system (Windows 11).
  • Download and install the latest drivers.

4. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP provides a diagnostic tool that can help identify and fix printer issues:

  • Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor from the HP website.
  • Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Perform a Factory Reset

If all else fails, you might need to reset your printer to factory settings:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Press and hold the Cancel (X) button and the Wireless button together.
  • Turn on the printer while holding these buttons until the printer starts resetting.
