Hi
I hope you can help. I have purchased a roll of photographic printing paper and would like to print panoramic prints of up to 1 meter long; however, I can't seem to find any guidance? Does anybody have a step by step guide?
Thanks
Si

Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- What is the size of the paper?
Please check the specifications of the printer from the below link. If the paper size is support then you should be able to print.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
I would like to add a custom size of 21cm x 60cm. I have followed the instructions on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fETyUz5Io8o but can't see the size from the list of options like most of the comments on the form ie (can't see custom size from the paper size list) I appreciate the print is longer, but that shouldn't stop the printers from printing continually.

Hi @sirsimon501, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @The_Fossette, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.
I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.
Have you tried printing from a different application?
I have checked the specification and you can print 21cmx60cm from your printer.
To print 8.3 x 11.7 inches from your printer you have to print borderless.
-
Click the Start button.
-
Click Settings and select Control Panel.
-
Click the Printers and Faxes icon.
-
Right-click the HP ENVY 5544 icon and select Properties.
-
On the General tab, click Printing Preferences to open the Printing Preferences dialog box.
-
On the Printing Shortcuts tab, select Photo printing-borderless as the type of document, and then select the following options:
-
Print quality: Normal, Best, or Max dpi.
-
Paper size: Select the appropriate borderless photo paper size.
-
Paper type: Select the appropriate photo paper type.
-
Orientation: Portrait or Landscape.
-
-
Set the following options as appropriate:
-
HP digital photography options
-
Advanced color settings
-
Color management
-
Grayscale quality
-
-
Select any other desired print settings, and then click OK. If the image was printed on photo paper with a tear-off tab, remove the tab to make the document completely borderless.
If the issue still persists after trying out the steps uninstall and reinstall the printer software from the root level and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Update the full feature printer software using this link. Click Here
Hope this helps!
Take Care! 🙂

Hi
Thanks for your reply MR Robot.
It's at this instruction that I get stuck: *****Paper size: Select the appropriate borderless photo paper size.
I can't see any of my custom options so I can't move on.
The other issue I had was the following;
****Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
It said the drivers were still in use. I turned the printer off and also checked that no application was running. So I couldn't complete this task.
Your instructions say;
To print 8.3 x 11.7 inches.....However 60 cm = 23.622 inches and not 11.7
Hope this helps

@sirsimon501, Thanks for your prompt response and time.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned you are printing 8.26 In x 23.62 In from your printer.
I have checked the specifications of your printer and the maximum custom size the printer can print is.
89.9 to 215 mm (3.54 to 8.5 inches) x 127 to 317.5 mm (5.0 to 12.5 inches)
Refer the product specifications of your printer for more information. Click Here
Note: Refer the paper handling specifications or more information.
Hope this answers your query!
Take Care! 🙂

It looks like you were interacting with @A4Apollo, but he is out for the day. I'm KrazyToad at your Service.
After reviewing the specifications, it looks like the printer cannot print 21 cm x 60 cm roll of photographic paper. It can only print up to the max custom size as informed by MrRobot
Thank you
