Product: HP Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have letter paper loaded in tray 1 and tabloid (11x17) paper in tray 2. I have the autoselect feature enabled. I select tabloid when I go to print but it will not select tray 2. The document shows in the queue but will not print. I even select tray 2 in the preferences but get the same result. I even switched the paper sizes so that tray 1 has the tabloid but it still will not print. Is there some other setting that needs changing?
