Welcome to the HP Support Community
This could be a driver issue.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check driver issue.
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor specifically created to help with printer offline conditions.
-
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
-
Try to print.
If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:
Remove the USB if connected
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-7720-wide-format-all-in-... to download and install the HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Try to print.
Keep me posted, how it goes!

Hello Raj1788
Thanks for reply, i want just to clarify some details.
"Solution" like you provided, I already tryied, did not work. I have tryed printing on Windows 10 HP laptop and on Acer laptopwith Linux installed ... Last year (2018) I have printed my menus on PC with CentOS 7 installed.
Update, what I have mentioned in my question for HP community, is printer update, what installs direct to HP OfficeJet PRO 7720 printer.( beforte this update my printer printing on A3 and A4 250g/m2 paper cardboards. After update printer just print 1 or two paper foils normal and 3rth paper foil prints just from middle of the image or text and after update printer prints only on paper with 120 g/m2 tickness.
Questions is:
1/ Why my printer stop printing on A3 - A4 250g/m2 paper cardboards after update?
2/ Why HP Printer with no HP update can print everything and with latest HP printer update printer just waste ink catridges for printer head cleaning?
3/ How to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance

I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-7720-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/768...
Restart the printer, and the Compute.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
