Hello, @madhum – Greetings!

Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!

Going through your post, I understand that you are trying to print on both sides of the page with your Deskjet printer. This printer only supports manual duplexing. i.e, you need to manually flip the page once the first side is printed.

I found a wonderful document to help you print on 2-sided. Please follow the steps listed here: Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Cheers 🙂
