Have been experiencing problems printing cards, namely A4 scored card 240gsm in that the printer seems to have a problem grabbing card and someimes leaves marks on paper. The principle prob is when printing using Hallmark Card System the printer actually prints over the scored centre point on card  by perhaps 2-3mm  so that when folded the last bit of the printed picture appears on the back of card .  the printer set to borderless and have tried every setting I could think of to no avail. Would be grateful for any hints

The card media (240 gsm) is too heavy for the printer.

Specifications > Paper Handling

Although the printer can handle Media type "photo paper" up to 250 gsm, "card" type media is not specifically supported.

"Brochure" paper is typically 180 gsm and Presentation paper (another "heavy" paper type) is typically 120 gsm.  Neither of these will work -- these Media types, which could be selected as an alternative to "card", does not support the 240 gsm paper weight.

The issue is one of "combination" -- you need to be able to select a Media (kind of paper) in the weight range supported by the printer, and a Paper Size for that Media.
