I believe the answer is "Yes" - IF that card paper is not heavier than 110 lb.

90lb would be better; this is the "Index" Media paper weight equivalent of 163gsm.

Look for the information on the packaging in which the paper was purchased.

Confused?  No surprise -- the subject is complicated.  Details are available in abundance on the Internet -- many people do not want to know so much about "paper".  Smiling.

The printer is "recommended" for 70-90lb paper and up to 250 gsm Photo Paper.  Most printers cannot be fooled by telling the printer it is using Photo paper when the paper is actually something else.

The Specifications explain (in frustratingly vague terms) the allowed Media types and weights.

The Datasheet is a tiny bit clearer on the subject.

So, try it and be prepared that it may - or may not - work as expected.

Many thanks,  information on HP info sheets gives different values for A4 paper and HP photo paper. I'll give it a try.

You are welcome.

If it does not work, know that this is a relatively inexpensive (and perhaps three year old) printer.  The scope of what it can do is limited by the hardware.  "Higher" grade (more expensive) printers (of any brand) can do much more than their less expensive counterparts.  Can that information keep you from hating your printer?  Maybe.  Smiling.

Good Luck.
