Printing on glossy paper

I'm trying to print a photo on 200gsm A4 glossy photo paper on an OfficeJet 5230 printer but it's only printing part of the image, either at the beginning of the print or at the end. I've tried setting the paper quality to both glossy and plain paper and the print to both normal and best but the problem persists.  Endless glossy paper wasted!
Any suggestions?

It's a too heavy paper and the printer can't handle it well anymore.

According to the specs it can handle up to 80lb/206gsm paper. But it's a reasonable assumption so I'd better buy a lighter weight paper.
