Hi, my printer is only printing in light blue only.
I have read some of the other solutions on the forum but no help.
I have powered down and re-inserted the ink cartridges.
The alignment page has no black details on it and when the printer scans to align it cannot.
The ink levels of both cartridges are full. Both the colour and the black.
Any more suggestions? or do I have to send it back for repair? it is still in warranty.

I understand that the Printer is printing only in blue.
I'd like to help.
Please try printing a Print Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know how it looks.

Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.

Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
If the issue persists, please follow the instructions in Steps 9 & 12 from this Link
