Short Answer

Yes, the printer supports 160 gsm paper.

The Longer Answer

Different Media (kind of paper) are supported at different weight categories.

Although the printer Specifications are a bit vague about what this means, there are some typical assumptions that MIGHT be made.

For example, possible settings / categories for your printer might include:

  • Card Stock, if supported, might be within the weight category 163 to 200 gsm
  • Plain paper, might be within the weight category 60 to 105 gsm
  • HP Matte Brochure at 180 gsm
  • HP Presentation Paper at 120 gsm
  • HP Advanced Photo Paper to 250 gsm
  • Envelopes (not embossed, not lined, not odd colors) 75 to 90 gsm
