On windows: Open your printer software, click Set Preferences. On the Paper/Quality, Change the Paper Type setting.

On MAC: From the Print dialog box, choose the Paper Type/Quality pane. Change paper type setting.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

I downloaded the app, it asked for paper type and I changed it then hit print. The printer gave only the option to print on photo paper.
