Hey guys,
I'm having a few issues that range from HP support to a printing problem with my wireless 5075.
It all started when I tried to do a software update today. When I did it, or while I was in the process anyway, HP asked me to enter my email and password. I didn't know the password, so I chose to have a confirmation email send to my email. The email I got from HP was a simple hello + my name, time and time again. This is the first issue and to solve it, I had to make a second account under a different email address. But now, I don't know if I lost the registration of the product and the assistance that comes with it.
Now for the printing problem, I simply cannot print anything black, despite ink status appearing to be half full. Printing in colour seems to be working fine. Anyone experienced something like this, or simply know how to solve it? Thank you.

I don't understand what you mean "copy in black". My 5075 prints color but I cannot print black documents. I either get a completely blank A4 or the printing quality is so weak I cannot read or even see almost anything. And my inc levels are fine plus the ink are original HP.
On top of that, I cannot even update the software or something, which is when the problem first occurred (while trying to make a recommended update), because I forgot my HP account password and every time I request a code to change it, I simply get an email from HP saying "Hello Alexis Papageorgiou" and nothing else.
