I have two HP printers, the HP 3050J611 has been a great small printer, and still prints fine docs. However, getting it to print is the problem I've recently encountered. It will print a doc just fine, then if I try to print a second doc it won't print. I check the queue and the doc is in the queue, but won't print. I then open HP Print Doctor, it corrects the problem, tells me it's a print queue problem and a "Port Match" problem. I can then print the second doc. Next time I use the printer I have the same exact problem.
What should I do to correct this and get it working the way it should?
Thanks for the help

@Shade2019, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
This looks like an issue with the print driver.
- Which application are you trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Perform a clean reinstallation of Pre-installed HP drivers
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
- Select your HP Printer
- Select Uninstall
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
- In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
- Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the “Drivers” tab
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
- Select Ok
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
- Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
