Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am getting very poor print quality, especially magenta.  Lots of streaking and lack of fill.  Tried:

  • Cleaning and aligning print heads (repeatedly)
  • Removing and re-seating catridges
  • Using brand new HP ink catridges
  • Using highest quality paper (HP PRemium Plus Photo paper)

Thought about removing the printheads, but the manual says to do that only when certain messages appear, which they haven't.

 

It's not like I use the printer heavily.
