When I am trying to print from the internet or documents , printer prints pages that have random numbers, symbols and letters and wont stop printing. How do I fix this?

  • If you are using a USB connection, try using a different USB port on your computer.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your HP printer installed on your computer.
  • Visit the HP official website and download the latest drivers for your specific printer model.

Restart Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if the issue persists.

Clear Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer and cancel all print jobs.
  • Restart the computer and try printing again.

Print a Test Page:
