HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer

HP DeskJet 2630 All-In-One Printer.

Since a few weeks, whenever I'm printing something, it is offset to the left side of the page. This happens no matter what way I use to trigger the print job (System Dialog, Acrobat Reader, Browser, WordPad), or even when copying. What I tried:

- Factory reset

- Driver Update

- Driver delete & reinstall

- HP Print & Scan Doctor

- Re-alignment by printing and scanning the Alignment Page

- Moving the paper on the tray as far as possible

- Physically checking the printheads to see if they are offset (when opening the panel to access the ink cartridges, they are perfectly centered)

I am printing in 'normal' A4 format.

Here some example:

Original (Screenshot from WordPad):

OriginalOriginal

After printing (Scanning works fine, this image is from scanning the printed result):

PrintedPrinted

After copying (So, taking the printed result and copying it, as you can see, it is offset even more):

CopiedCopied

I can repeat this process  further and further, and some point it just starts printing at the left side border. You can also see that it seems to progressively get dirtier - on each print, there are some additional 'splatters' occurring.

Edit:

I also did one attempt with pausing the print job to see the position of the paper during printing, and as you can see, it looks like it's shifted to one side (on one side, the paper is on the same level as one of the white wheels, while on the other side, there is quite a bit of space)
