Product: HP ENVY 6020e

Hi,

It's been like 2 weeks since I bought a brand new HP ENVY 6020e.  At the start, the printing speed was pretty fast but day by day, it's terrible, it takes 20-25 seconds to print a normal document without any picture. I did a factory reset as well but still too slow. HP said it prints 10 Pages Per min black but in reality, it prints 2-3 pages per minute black at 600 DPI. Can anyone help me with it?
