I have a HP ENVY 6032 printer and the recent printing quality is quite bad. It looks like just the bold text is blurry, while the "normal" text looks good, as depicted by the image below from Print Quality Diagnostic.

I was trying to find a solution on the internet and some of them guided me towards the HP Smart app and then the Clean Printheads option. However, when I try this, I get the following message. Is either that message or "The printer is Busy" message.

Can you help me solve this, please?
