Product: Deskjet 2630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer puts yellow boarders that are not there in the image around black ink and some other colours (see image).  I have performed the diagnostics and cleaning tools but it doesn't appear to help.20200418_141809.jpg

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

Does this error also occurs when you copy a document on the printer?

Have you tried to print different kind of documents (.doc , .pdf) and when yes, does this error also occur then?

Please try to print out this document from another computer. Does this work without any problems?

 

I believe that is a software issue.

Thanks.  I'm now waiting for a new colour cartridge to arrive so will try this as soon as it does.
