Hi @Dtonko,

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8125e is only printing every other page despite being set to print all pages. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to figure out why this is happening.

Check Printer Settings

Open the print dialog in Windows before printing.

Make sure “Pages to Print” is set to All Pages.

Verify Duplex (double-sided) printing is either on or off depending on your needs—sometimes duplex settings can skip pages if misconfigured.

Check Application Settings

Some programs (Word, PDF readers) have their own print settings that can override printer defaults.

Ensure the app isn’t set to print odd or even pages only.

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver

Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause page skipping issues.

Go to HP’s website, download the latest driver for Windows 11, uninstall the old driver, and reinstall the new one.

Print a Test Page

Use the printer’s built-in menu to print a test page.

If the test page prints correctly, the issue is likely with the computer or software.

If the test page also skips pages, it may be a printer hardware or firmware issue.

Check Firmware

Log in to HP Smart or visit the HP website to check for firmware updates.

Firmware updates can fix known printing bugs.

Try a Different File or Program

Print a simple text document from Notepad or another program.

If it prints fine, the problem is specific to the original application or document.

Reset the Printer

Power off the printer, unplug it for 1–2 minutes, and then power it back on.

This clears temporary errors that can cause printing problems.

I hope this helps.
