Hi
my printouts are smudging quite badly, I've aligned the print heads and I've cleaned them to no avail. I've also tried two types of paper. I attached a photograph of the print out in question.
Has anyone got any suggestions? It's not always been like this but seems to be getting worse every time I use the printer.
Thanks.
UPDATE: It looks to just be the black ink that's the issue?
