Hi @MartinH-LDN,

Thanks for sharing the details.

It sounds like you're having trouble printing Word documents or PDFs with your HP Envy 6000e printer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download them from the HP website. Try updating the drivers/ firmware. Click here

Check Print Queue: Sometimes, print jobs get stuck in the print queue which can cause issues. Open the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs.

Restart Printer and Computer: Try restarting both your printer and computer to see if that resolves the issue.

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that your printer is set as the default printer and that it's not set to offline mode.

Try Printing a Test Page: Use the printer's built-in menu to print a test page. This can help you determine if the issue is with the printer or the document you're trying to print.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a more specific problem with your printer or setup. You may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance. They will help you via remote assistance.

! Keep me posted for further assistance.
