The receiver's address prints way left. This problem showed up a few days ago. I have reinstalled Office 2016 -- no change. I turned the printer off and on -- no change.

Try adjusting the Destination address (recipient) in Word.

Open new word document > Envelopes >

Type / Add the Delivery Address (Destination)

Type / Add the Return Address

Click Options > tab Envelope Options >

Adjust Delivery Address location "From Left", "From Top"

OK

Next, Add to Document

Note that you can move the address by entering numbers (ie. 4.0 from Left), using one of the presets, or clicking to use "Auto".

Reminder:  Ensure your envelope will be printed "right-side-up" by checking / adjusting:

Envelopes > Options > tab Printing Options

You can also try:

Add the information to the envelope settings, click Add to Document

Once the Envelope is "added", grab the Delivery address (Mouse and click the address), and move the location.

The following Dragon document, intended to show how to add a printed color "label" to your envelope, shows how to grab and move the address.

It solved my problem, as a temporary solution. It would be nice to be able to fix it so that I don't have to adjust the location each time. But at least I can now print envelopes.

Good news, then.

In particular, the Tips.Net website is a good resource for "Things that are Word".

Happy Printing.
