HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer

So I have the HP OfficeJet6950 All-in-one printer. 2 months ago or maybe a little later, I left on vacation so I hadn't been using it for two weeks. When I came back, I turned the printer on and tried to print something. Everything was normal, the ink cartridges were also full, but the printer had printed only some part of my text and it was barely visible, the rest of the paper was blank. In Addition, I would like to add that when I opened the lid, where the ink cartridges are changed, I saw some ink at the bottom of the printer. I don't know if that is normal. Could you please help me?

Note: The printer is on the latest software version.
