Hi everybody,
My printer refuses to print in colours when trying to print from Photoshop or any other software that allows PNG/PDF printing (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Pictures, etc.). I'm trying to print in high resolution (300 dpi) at high quality on lucid inkjet paper.
Photoshop is the only software that gives me a little more info about what's going on. In fact, when I open printer settings and set all my preferences, Photoshop automatically selects sGray as the printer's profile (sorry for the Italian):
No matter if I choose to manage colour through photoshop or let the printer do it. It stays sGray and RGB is not an option.
Moreover, if I try to change again the printer settings, I receive an error message:
Which in English should translate:
Function address 0x00007FFFC65FA39 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly.
I've tried everything suggested here but it still doesn't work. I received the same error message on Adobe Acrobat while performing the same actions.
I've printed this way so many times and it never gave me any problem. It's crucial to me to be able to keep printing consistently.
I really hope someone can help me.
Thank you
