Hot dang!  Finally!  Both the desktop and laptop now transmit to the printer.  🙂   The first printing resulted in a General Error message that there was a problem with the printer.  It clicked, clanked, and clunked for a  minute or so but now prints as it should and no more error message.  Hopefully it will stay that way.   

 

Cannot believe it took 2+ days to replace a router.   Thanks for all your help sabretooth!!

HP Recommended

Just tried to print another document and found that the printer won't activate unless i tough the screen  It shows the error message but when I click OK it does print after the ceremonial clunking.   Oh well, better tha  it was..
