Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw.  No. 10 envelopes I print out of both Word Perfect and Word under #10 envelope setting come out with the address out of place, and partially off the envelope.  I get a message just before it prints saying "The document page size is set to a custom form that may not be supported by this printer driver.  If you incur problems, set your document page size to printer defined sizes."

How do I do this?

@doglovingirl, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is not printing envelopes correctly.

Check the print settings. Make sure the right paper type and size are selected.

Refer to - Print Driver Settings Guide

If the issue persists, perform a clean reinstallation of pre-installed HP drivers

  1.  In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
  2.  Select your HP Printer
  3.  Select Uninstall
  4.  In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
  5.  In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
  6.  Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
  7.  Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
  8.  Click on the “Drivers” tab
  9.  Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
  10.  Select Ok
  11.  Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
  12.  Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you so very much Kumar. I ended up following your instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software using the link you provided. One small issue… When I print the envelopes, a blank sheet comes out after each one.  How do I stop that? Again, thank you for solving my major problem since basically most of what I do involves printing letters and envelopes.

@doglovingirl

Glad to know that you are able to print Envelopes now. For the blank page issue, let us try these steps:

Unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Try printing different types of documents to check if the printer prints a blank page after the actual print job.

Let me know how it goes.
