iOS

I have an iPhone and an iPad.  

When i print a document from my iPad, it works fine

But, when i print the same document from my iPhone, the lines over lap and the document is unreadable

This happens with all sorts of documents

Confirm That the Printer Supports AirPrint.
Is the Printer Working Correctly?
Connect iPhone and Printer to the Same Network.
Switch to a Private Network.
Re-Enable Wi-Fi.
Restart Your iPhone.
Restart the Printer.
Restart or Reset Your Router.

Thanks for those thoughts - done all without benefit
The wierd part id that printing from iPad is fine - just iPhone causes problem
