Hi i have a probem with my printer when i`m using my laptop with windows 10.
Everytime when i print something the task stay in the in the printer memory. So when i`m printing a next task and when i`m looking in the printermemory he is deleting the first task.
To fix this i everytime have to shut down the printer and printerspooler and also the pritner temp file.
When i`m using my old laptop with windos 7 i don`t have this problem and i an print several task after each other.
But that`s strange because i don`t want to do this.
Can somebody help me with this problem, i think it`s related with windows 10 beacuase i tested it with another laptop with windows 10 and this gives the same problem.

Hello@Rayman76,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.
I understand that you need assistance in fixing the printing issue on your HP Printer. Did I get it, right?
I recommend you to perform the clean install of the printer and check if that solves the issue. Use the links below to install the latest driver for HP for the Printer.

Hi sorry for the late reaction but i installed new software and even on a new laptop but the problem stays the same. I can print one page ans then i stops. Printer shows in task management that he is deleting a task. This can take up to on hour and then i can print another page with the same problem again.
I`m now even thinking of trowing my printer in the garbage and buy a new one.

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One Printer as the print spooler does not get refreshed after the print job is completed.
This issue could occur if the old software driver is not completely removed or corrupted.
Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you listed below:
Step 1: Uninstall the Drivers:
Please follow the steps provided in the link to uninstall the printer software: Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows)
Also, please follow the steps provided below to completely remove the printer software from printer properties.
Steps to remove printer driver files from Print Server Properties:
- Open the Print Server Properties dialog window by doing one of the following:
- Click the Start menu and in the search field type 'printui /s /t2' (without the quotes), and then press Enter or click it in the search list.
- Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, type in 'printui /s /t2' (without the quotes), and then press Enter or click OK.
- From the Start menu or the Start screen:
- Open Devices and Printers.
- Select any printer and then click "Print server properties" at the top of the window.
- Click on the Drivers tab.
- Select the printer driver you wish to uninstall.
- Click the Remove button.
- Select "Remove driver and driver package" and click OK.
Step 2: Download and install the Drivers from the link: Full Feature Software and Driver
Step 3: Update the firmware from the link: Firmware Update
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.
