My printer is 2 weeks old. When I print paper I have no problem at all. When I try to print on card, I change the setting to thick paper/card - when it comes out the print is out of line on the paper , tends to miss half of the print and it isn’t central as it shows on the computer screen. Please help ☺️

 Hi @Kittys78,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to print on a card.

To assist better -

  1. What are the type, size, and weight of the card you're using?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  3. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?

Keep me posted.

Printer only supports 16 to 28 lb (plain paper); 60 to 75 lb (photo); 20 to 24 lb (envelope); 90 to 110 lb (card).

Here is a link to the printer's specifications to know the supported paper types and sizes

Hope this helps!
