Problem with Deskjet 2360

I changed the black cartridge hp21 and the HP deskjet 2360 is stopped and the power light is blinking and doesnt print.

If i reinstall the old cartridge there is no problem, but obviusly the paper is white..

To assist you, please perform the remaining steps from this document: HP inkjet printers - Ink cartridge errors.

If the issue continues, it is possible that one of the ink cartridges is damaged or defective.
For this, I suggest you test with only one ink cartridge installed in the printer as follows (in order to define which ink cartridge is causing this problem):

• First, please install the Black ink cartridge only.
• In a second step, please install the Tri-color ink cartridge and Black ink cartridge.

If any of the ink cartridges are defective or damaged, please replace them with new ones.

thiank you for the answer.

i had the problem with the first HP cartridge and so i bougth a second and i have the same problem.

i have made all attemps without success.

 the printer does not recognize the new cartridge, while it works with the old cartridge.

I spent 53 euros in vain.

i think that i have to change the printer.
