Hi @Blackpanman,
Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
I understand that you are facing a print quality issue.
Don't worry I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Are you using genuine HP cartridge?
Have tried changing printer driver setting?
Used the below link for the print quality issue.
Clik here for Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)
Do get back to me as I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Said that, if I have helped you resolve the issue.
Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'
Have a great day Ahead!

I am using all HP cartridges. I tried to download printer driver updates or even a new one, and it won't let me download anything. Still having very light black printing and the colors are not as they should be, though not as bad as black.
