Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP color laser jet printer M479F and get a failure code of 52.00.00 I have tried the usual turn off then back on. no help.

tried unplugging for 15 min. to overnight. also no help. told by HP to take it to certified repair center. Get this, I live on Long Island NY. according to HP the closest certified repair center is in Marietta Georgia. I need Help. Does anyone know what the problem is and how do i fix it. I cant find any illustrated parts diagrams or repair manuals for this printer. No troubleshooting manuals either.

The 52 is laser error, there is nothing much you can do, you will need to get it for a repair.
