Hi @szYszu, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

This error usually means the printer is not detecting the printheads correctly. Try these steps to fix it:

Step 1: Remove and Reinsert the Printheads

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
  2. Open the front cover and access the printhead area.
  3. Gently remove both printheads (black and tri-color).
  4. Check for protective tape on the ink nozzles and remove it if present.
  5. Wipe the electrical contacts (gold-colored) on the printheads and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
  6. Reinsert the printheads, ensuring they click into place.
  7. Close the printer cover and reconnect power.

Step 2: Restart and Test

  1. Turn the printer back on and wait for it to initialize.
  2. If the error persists, open HP Smart on your computer and check for any firmware updates.

Step 3: Reset the Printer

  1. With the printer turned on, unplug the power cable.
  2. Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
  3. Turn the printer on and check if the error is gone.

If the issue persists, let me know. You might need replacement printheads if they are faulty. We suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
