HELP!

I suddenly am unable to use my printer in any way. This printer has had very light use over the years and has always operated without issue. Below are the messages on the printer, which I have followed numerous times.

**NOTE: The solution states to write the error code, yet none has appeared!

"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP."

"Solution 1: Reset the printer.

Turn off the product, then unplug the power cord. Plug the power cord back in, and then press the On button to turn on the product.

Solution 2: Contact HP Support.

Write down the error code provided in the message, and then contact HP Support."
